Wanted - it's probably in your shed with the tag along connections still on it.

'80's/90's Shogun Trail Breaker -You know the type - It's usually covered in dust down the back of your shed and has the tag - along connections on it. You've probably got it earmarked to be put out on hard rubbish - Bomb proof steel frames/CroMo - medium to large size

Shall have a closer look and see if it's got those tag-along connection still on it. Think there's at least two frames that fit the description.

Really? It's not the tag along connections I'm after - it's the bit that the tag a longs are connected to... :)

So your after the frame?

yeah - sorry - piss poor attempt at humour - the frame. Just the frame.

I have a CrMo road frame dims 57TopTube X 54SeatTube... a Panasonic I was going to sort out for someone but it never happened!.. it's probably itching to go back into service.

Thanks Rob - the Trail Breaker is an old school MTB frame. I'm after that style of bike.

I bear bad tidings. Bike gone! Bike given away awhile ago. poobumwee.

Although you could try Moorabbin Bicycle Recycle or Human Powered for similar Shogun frames? I've got a old Prairie Breaker built up as stoopidmarket/commuter bike. A reliable old bugger it is too.

The prairie breaker came in a team version from memory.

That's fine Chris - thanks for looking anyway.

Rob, i'm looking for a road frame, but new geometries really stuff my head up... I used to ride a 58cm roadie until it got squashed. Now I've got a CrMo compact frame, but it's too big at 58cm BB to seat post. Would yours be *about* right for me?
