I expect you did not read the text or notice the header. This video was posted by Paul Mark to the Adelaide Cyclist Site. As it was a Melbourne ride I linked the post here.
I have an old road bike that goes out on the odd occasion, but I am hopeless. So I usually ride alone so not to slow up other groups.
