Hi Jack it is a helmet can but it also comes with extra mounts, I brought mine from http://www.goprosport.com.au/ and they guy there was great to deal with! I will post some photos of how I mounted it on the rear of my bike.Have a look at this site and scroll down to see Wades videos http://www.cyclingtipsblog.com/top-10-posts/ . I am a little confused with this blogging thing. Don' even talk to me about Twitter or Facebook. Yes that is the video. A couple of weeks ago I went to video the fellows riding up to Sassafras but they don't work the same hours as the Beach Road mob. I will try again a bit later.
