Cycling in Melbourne Australia
The Gong Ride is getting shorter.
The annual Sydney to Wollongong Ride is getting shorter, according to my GPS. No matter, it's a great iconic public cycling event and 83.32km is plenty, in my opinion.

Yes, Adrian, even on the Gong Ride there's no better bragging jersey than the Round the Bay in a Day one. A serious challenge, but only if you do the full thing.

Shorter? That's nothing compared to the people who confuse me by saying that they've ridden "around the bay in a day" in 50km or 100km.
