DUTCH-STYLE BIKES - will they catch on in Australia?

The Bloke at the recent Cargo bike test track at the Melbourne BIkeFest Village picnic, Abbotsford Convent.
Reckon he could be a potential Poster Boy for payload bikes.

There's quite a few real ones, and an increasing number of Chinese copies about.
Will they catch on? I think they already have.
