A dry run to work. Main yarra trail

Hello all,

Well what a shit day, Started of good. Went for a dry run for my trip to work each day. Burwood to CBD. After riding down Burwood hwy and crossing over Warrigal Road, the road is so bumpy, I spent most of my time on the breaks down the hill. Not liking this, but its what i have to do. back on the horse

alright, i have been off my bike for a couple of years but am trying to get back on and do some training. nothing too serious at this point, but i don't know anyone oe groups to ride with. does anyone have any advice?
