new beginning...retro gear...and can anyone tell me how to...?

I've just moved back to Melbourne and thought I'd take advantage of living near the yarra track, being back in Melbourne and having my brother's old, but pretty cool Apollo II racer handy, to go for a short ride on this glorious morning. The path can be pretty hectic with riders and walkers and joggers, but I timed it well and it was great to get my bike legs moving after being off my bike for a while.
