I ride with FIS during the week. Tues and Thurs depart at 6.00 from The Crescent in Ascot Vale, just down from Ascot Vale railway station. Tues is a hilly ride around Essendon airport and Airport West. Thursday is like a criterium around the back of the zoo. Wednesday and Friday depart at 6am from the Doutta Galla Hotel in Flemington, and are faster flat spins down to Willy. All rides are an hour to an hour and a quarter and finish with coffee at a nearby cafe.
