"I bought a pair of knog https://www.knog.com.au/gear-gloves/knuckle.phps for about $50, but the imitation velcro fastener failed to work within days, they pilled like mad and they didn't keep my fingers warm. However I was in Japan…"

"I wasted $35 on a pair of 2xu mid-level winter gloves. They are useless, the fit is too baggy so you slide all over the handlebars - and no, I didn't buy the wrong size. So now I'm back using my Fox mountain bike gloves.   My advice -…"

"Yeh, gloves are good when it's cold. They help stop your fingers freezing. When it rains, they get wet on the outside. When I sweat, they get wet on the inside. Sometimes my hands get hot after a while so I take them off. When they fall apart I…"

"I use these http://www.kathmandu.com.au//12023/Stretch-Gloves-v3.html and when it rains I add Gortex Glove liners (like food handling glovers only not sweaty) which unfortunatly Katmandu seem to have discontinued. I think layering is the way to go"
