I recently got back into racing after 5 Years off the bike. My first race back was a C- Grade race. I got dropped 5km into it. This is a rider who used to race A grade.
I'm back in A Grade now but it takes time and consistency on the bike.
So, Are you keen on riding on the road or track? Are you in Melbourne?
