"I think Victorian Police should form special bike team to bust these thief. I have seen video in UK, where police put bike decoy to catch the thief.

Stolen Giant Boulder 1 (2011) - Black Green Strip, White Bar
Stolen Bike Giant Boulder 1 (2011) - with disc brake and bike bike rack was installed at the back. Frame Size 18". I have recently replace the Pedal with Silver alloy pedal. It was stolen at Well St, Southbank, VIC between 6pm - 9pm on 5 Apr 2012.Thief try to cut the chain lock but manage to open the lock.
