What is the best thing about riding?
just makes me feel good, exercise, social aspect of riding with mates, all good stuff.
A few words about yourself. (This bit is entirely optional!)
55 years young, started cycling as a "therapy" for a crook back about 18 months ago & am now well & truly bitten by the cycling bug. Living in Montrose, the Mnt Dandenong tracks are great on the Mountain bike.I've now discovered cycle paths & ride road bikes as well.Looking forward to doing more rides challenge & social as opportunities arise.
