- 8 year old custom built aluminium frame with carbon forks - been a great piece of equipment even though a bit on the heavy side weighing just under 11kg - purchased a new competition frame only 2 weeks ago - Specialised Roubaix Pro - almost 4kg lighter than my alum. frame

- Pure measure of the 'human engine' performance capabilities - Freedom in fresh air - all we need is to increase tolerance and understanding and we will ride a great deal safer as will our chidren and grandchildren etc.
