- Quick, simple, fun, fast, good on the body, social, etc.......
- A few words about yourself. (This bit is entirely optional!)
- Grew up loving my bmx and mtb riding, then moved into the life of a track & field athlete. I do however, love to jump on the bikes as much as possible for x-training. Unfortunately since a back injury in 2005 I am not able to do as much on the bike as I would like to.
