last night I passed this trail safety notice near the bike trail on a ride to williamstown.  it was near scienceworks so I think its hobsons bay council I like the second point from the bottom "no entry after dark"  why would a council advise people not to use their cycling infrastructure during certain hours?  most councils seem to be seriously promoting their bike paths.  could they wash themse…
