TIME: * ~14:45, Tue, 22 / 02 / 2012 LOCATION: Bell Station. (he is active in Northern Suburbs; Preston, Thornbury, Northcote, Fitzroy, Collingwood......) PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: * Middle-Easterner or Eastern European Caucasian * ~1.75m / ~5.74ft tall * Chubby shape, ~90 - 100+kg * 40s - 50s years old * Round-shape head Got my bike stolen, ALMOST. Fortunately I still have my bike because I used 2 locks. Because of that, he spent longer time to cut through. Unfortunately it costs me $50 for the losses of those 2 locks. I regretted that I didn't set my phone-cam to video mode, because I was so disorganised. This was happened so sudden. Stupid Bloody Metro & Govo, NO CCTV-cam on the bike rack ?!?!
