When the spirits are low, when the day appears dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking. -Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

Think of bicycles as rideable art that can just about save the world. -Grant Peterson

The bicycle is the most efficient machine ever created: Converting calories into gas, a bicycle gets the equivalent of three thousand miles per gallon. -Bill Strickland

On matters of style, I think these street style Nutcase helmets go nice with a town bike ...much better than the racer helmet my wife used to use. you guys/gals might like them too.

We discovered them in MOMENTUM magazine.

"I'm not in your hurry" now there is a bumper/top-bar/helmet/back-pack sticker inspiration ... the perfect reply to the character yelling "I'm in a hurry"... well its his hurry, get up ealier, leave earlier, plan better, slow down...

Its an AB Classic, I got it from the Classic Bicycle Shop in St Kilda, I ride it often, its a single speed (48/16) with lever brakes and a huge saddle, very comfy and it can scoot along as long as I am up to it!... I will bring it to the Ride of Silence on Saturday in my wish to show embrace diversity and inclusion on the day. R
