My Giant Defy was stolen today from Melbourne University.
Pretty much the same as the picture provided, aside from black grips, black Ritchey saddle and regular pedals.
It has a blue Crino Cycles sticker on the inside of the rear stay.

Apparently the University staff are aware of a male who is regularly stealing bikes from the campus.

Hi All

We have had 2 very distinctive bikes stolen from our storage cage in our underground parking for our apartment block.
This happen on Inkerman Street, St Kilda (basically next door to Aldi.)
It happened on the night of 9/4/13 between 6.30pm and 7am
The thieves somehow got into the car park, cut the lock off our storage cage and took our bikes.

The bikes are:
1x Reid Harrier red frame, white deep dish wheels, orange tyres and grips
1x Reid Harrier chrome frame, white deep dish wheels, pink tyres and grips

We are heat broken and can't afford to replace 2x near brand new bikes.

We would be happy to reward you if your help leads to us getting either bike back.

Aqua Marine Bianchi Pista Via Condotti 2011, Size 153 stolen from my house :(. it had red handle bars, gatorskin wheels and a small dint where the handle bars hit. stolen in Brunswick east.

I think Victorian Police should form special bike team to bust these thief. I have seen video in UK, where police put bike decoy to catch the thief. 

Should government put official registration on all bikes?

My Black, Reid Bike's Condor flat bar road bike was stolen between 3:30 and 4:30pm Easter Sunday. I have only had it 3 weeks, so it really hurts! It was locked up at a bike rack on the corner of Swanston St and Elgin street, near the Melbourne university. Any help finding it is appreciated!
