Anyone how is going to race this year at the velodrome start getting your crap together, the rooms are well underway and we are gearing up for a great season, so kremmmoooooor get the fixwheel out we having over 50 races as well..

No sign of the SKID but there was a definite whiff of GOAT on the breeze just prior to departure
The usual crack field assembled but after 3 gruelling laps ,it was the super smooth shearer,Don Brisbane who saluted,having time to zip up his jersey and raise 2 arms in the air before the fast-finishing Dave Wohlers got close.

A scone -free day had been declared ,but the traditional hospitality of the Gladstone[est 1887] was enjoyed by several thirsty participants
