Bad luck alright, Jase. Not sure about another one. Extremely windy and cold today so not great conditions. It would be very hazardous on a bike especially out of town where its open countryside with very little protection from the wind. When you look at the lake you would think you were looking out to sea its so choppy, lots of white-caps and waves rolling in to shore. They might run a half IM tomorrow. Such is life.

Bad luck about new zealnd Tony. I'm sure you would of been up for riding with 120 km winds. Dies this mean you just get to retire or you still got to do 1 last ironman.

YER STRADS Did you have your wet suit on Keeno, alzemirs is a barstard I think ! and this rain will be affecting the training scedule of Fit, Fabulace, Phil it may take him a day or so more to maximum PEAK fittness.

Great roll-up on Sunday for GV Vets 3rd annual Open Handicap at Dookie
Over 100 entries with about 25 local vets
Terrific results from John Tielen[2nd],Neville Laffy[6th] and Steve Fairless[fastest time],unlike some of us who went out the arse after the first hill!
