Hey Lloydy ask A Roe to go the the chemist with you for a new rubber, but he may be a bit embarest about the size of the tube.

Nice to see half the bunch stop to help Arod fix his tyre for the second time today, did anyone stop the third time ??

LLoyd,

Simplest way is to go to chemist warehouse, tell the lady behind the counter your a good rider but need new rubber and ask if she would mind fitting you up!

Let us know how you go!

Hey Graeme, need to buy a new tyre after the blow-out this week. Do I get a 25mm one or a 23mm one? What brand do you suggest for someone of my riding ability, age group, earning capacity and sexual preference.

Hi Paul, we are doing the Murray to too so would be good to catch up with some of the Cats if possible. Where are likely to start from (and if you say "the Murray" I'll be hugely disappointed).
Still not used to the hills - they are everywhere. Did a nice 40km ride on the flats last week, but had to do 20ks of hills to get there and 20ks to get home. Grumpy would love it.
Trust you're all well (or recovering nicely JK). Let me know if any of you down this way and want a ride. One of the Warragul riders is visiting Shep in April, so will steer him to the Cats so be nice to him and don't embarrass yourselves whinging about the hill as you cross the creek in Mitchell rd. trust me, that ISN'T a hill.

Thanks Lloyd,

I thought might put in an early claim for the inaugural "Grey Socks Award",to recognize the grizzled [?grizzling] members of the ancient Cattocracy and our efforts to keep old traditions[like recovery days] alive!

We're also having a very late crack at putting in a Murray to Moyne Team,so if anyone is interested, please let me know. It's a lot of fun ,just ask Roey or Ronny[www.murraytomoyne.com.au]

Lloyd heard a noise thought it was cranky and his baked beans. Didn't have a tyre or a phone so we both would have been up the creek without a paddle. Unusual Sully didn't stop considering his socks are still warm. Coffee tomorrow !

Big blow-out on my back tire this morning. Thanks to Doc for stopping otherwise I would have been up the proverbial creek. At least there is a fragment of the old Cat;s spirit still there on the ride.
