OK two things need to be looked at. Firstly you can hear the batteries rattling (Easily fixed with some paper wedged into the holder), and secondly I need to add a better rubber mount to combat the shaking. Other than those I think it works pretty well.

It probably is not the batteries I have the same noise coming from my camera mount and I expect it is the spokes creating it. I will upload some vision over the weekend the video quality here is very clear compared to a lot of the stuff I have uploaded to youtube.
My camera is mounted to the frame and cushioned with some 3.0mm polyethelene foam.
Nice vision from the handlebar mount, not goood for me as I would wobble too much.
Add a GPS, and auto-picture capture, and you'll be giving Google Street View a run for its money.....
PS maybe you could capture the numberplates of cars that cut you off with this setup? Link say the button of an AirZone horn into the camera as well, and hey presto, give them a blast to let them know how much of a moron they are, while capturing their details.....
PS helmet mounted cameras are far superior, your body is the best suspension available....
I find I look around too much to wear my camera head mounted ... the footage makes me sea-sick when I watch it!
I've also found vibration can be reduced by mounting the camera as close to the hub of the wheel as possible ... so as close as possible to the hub on the front forks is best for me.
