Well done to Rhys Lewis today running 2nd in the road race in the schools cup against some of the best up and coming talent in the country.
Training with Stevo and Steve and smashing around with the locals is paying off.
Young killer and Liam also on the poduim so a good day for SCC members.

I tried to pull you up Newto, I really did, and yes that was a good flogging. Was happy to bridge the gap, (Thanks to more traffic at Pine Lodge) and take the sprint too. ;)
