We meet every Sunday at 08.45am for a ride starting at 9am at Cafe Racer. Riding along Beach Road, [about 25-35km/hr] to Mordy/Frankston. We also do other rides around Melbourne including Climbs (7 peaks), Organised rides (MAD, BAD, Otway, ATB, etc) and MTB . Riding and enjoying a laugh is the focus, so make sure you bring your sense of humour!! Oh, ensure your bike and kit are clean/well maintained - don't want any unnecessary accidents. *If you want to join 9ers, your request will be accepted, but you'll need to do at least 2 rides each month for your membership to be maintained :)

Heather - I ended up doing a slow ride (for me) to Blackrock and back - the triathletes had all gone, I stayed to watch the A Grade men...oh boy...they are FAST!!

Thanks for the cheer squad today, I am quietly spewing my knee blew out - but I went to the Dr this afternoon...seems I am to give up skating/hockey if I want to keep cycling lol

Otherwise...not sure if I will be there on Sunday as there is temptation to head up to Sydney again lol

I've paid my $54 for the 65km ride (including lunch) to do the MAD ride out of Woodend on 1 Apr - c'mon 9 OClockers, who else is coming??? Andrew, thanks for flying the flag today .... !

I did take advantage of the closed-off road as far as Elwood, but they turned me away on the return run. Still managed to get on for some of it.

The weather was perfect and the ride from my place to South Melbourne to Williamstown and home was pretty good - damn those road closures along Beach Rd! Andrea, how's your knee? Is anyone planning on riding over the long weekend?

So it appears the CRIT was on, and Andrea did well again. well done Andrea, so, what position did you finish?, really sorry i missed out.
