Yarra Bend Road Bridge Work

There is a sign saying "bridge work" on the 17th & 18th on the bridge that goes over the Eastern Freeway near Yarra Bend Golf Course. 

Does anyone know if this means a complete closure or what they are actually doing?  There's no planning details on the bridge, Yarra City Council know nothing about it... and I doubt I'll get a response from VicRoads until long after it's completed.  I'm just not sure if I should allow an extra 20 minutes for a detour on the ride into work or not.
