IT IS pedal-driven, has two wheels and brakes and is responsible for a spike in school attendance on Wednesdays at Kensington Community High.

The humble bicycle is also being credited for reducing the number of suspensions and improving the fitness and classroom behaviour of a group of 12 to 16-year-old boys at the school.
