Melbourne Cyclist

Cycling in Melbourne Australia

I met someone at the track the other day putting in good times, he has been using this product called Pro-form and he swears by it, has anyone else tried or use this?

Perhaps its time the forums here need to have the first two or three posts from new accounts moderated to avoid the number of these posts, err, ads.
sorry Adrian, i thought this was a public forum where like minded individuals could share and ask each other questions and suggestions, as you have noted this was my first post on this site and i was excited to have relpy from others in the industry, thanks for ruining it, get off your high horse...................
There's sharing ideas and asking questions, and then there's new accounts who popup from nowhere and post one liners that look way too much like straight advertising copy or google link bait. May be it is just unfortunate that your question appears more like the latter. Good luck in hunting up info on your magic milkshakes
Correct. Like-minded ppl can share and ask questions.

Let's put it this way. Are you in any way involved with this product? If not, post/suggest away.

If you are... it courteous to just put the suggestion up there, and not pass it off that a mate has been using it.

Fair?
I am sure that all cyclists performance depends on what they create in the kitchen I expect ridefaster is promoting a kitchen remodel probably not a bad idea it would make the Mrs happy anyway. http://www.proform.com.au/
ha ha, sorry for confusion Jack, but he was talking about some new shake for for repair/recovery/energy
I hear spam is a good source of protein ;-)
Spam is a good source of protein and can be enjoyed by the whole family putting in good times around the dinner table.
