Cycling in Melbourne Australia

Live near Kensington/Flemmington?

I'm new to town... new to the Australia for that matter. I'm looking to see if anyone would like to meet up near Kensington to ride say 30 or 40k. I've only been back at cycling for a short time and I'm tired of riding solo. I don't know anyone here really so it's been my only option. I generally average around 30kph solo... kind of hard to gauge it as part of my rides generally bring me through the city. Looking to make new friends and maybe get pushed a little harder too. If it's only 2 of us riding or 10... doesn't matter... Let's ride,

I am camping this weekend in Queenscliff and will do some local MTB riding, but you should try and ride this weekend if you can. I will join next weekend. Thursday, tomorrow, seems to be not working for anybody so I think we'll just keep a weekday ride on the to-do list. And maybe next week my GoPro Hero HD will be delivered, providing AusPost is not going to go on strike. Then we can tape the whole thing in full 1080! Anybody wants to volunteer doing a can't-unclip-at-the-lights, just for laughs?

I can mount mine to my helmet but it looks pretty funny, only did it once and got a lot of film of the ground..
