Domestique Pop Up Bar - 'A sports bar for people who like bars more than sport'

Winter in Melbourne never felt so much like Summer in France.

Throughout July Domestique Pop Up Bar is proud to screen key stages of Le Tour de France – the race that stops a nation (sleeping).

Thornbury’s newest creative space will lend itself as a cozy pop up bar for the length of the 2012 Le Tour de France Season, in cooperation with PBS FM, Moritz, Xanadu wins and The Shadow Electric

“With a focus on drinking wine and keeping warm, Domestique will exist as a sports bar for people who like bars more than sport."

Commencing Thursday July 5th, the tour will be presented each Thursday through Sunday concluding on July 22nd. Screenings will cover all mountain stages and the ever important time trials.

Each night the bar, will open from 6pm with music and film to keep things warm before the race.

Boasting a large indoor screen, HD projection, gas heating and a late night licence. Domestique will be the Northside’s true late night destination this winter.
