Cycling in Melbourne Australia
Well I did it. I finally got one. A Cargo Tricycle straight from China. Or should I say a box of bits to asemble. You need to know how to put together a basic bike. Quality isn't fantastic, but I reckon it looks great.
If you want to hear more about it, let me know.

The battery gives me about 30% help up hills and I do commute with the kids to school a round trip of 30km in a day. I bought the danish one as I don't know how to fix anything let alone get a bike in bits and put it together. I have done small rail trails and am going to do the bellarine to Queenscliff rail tail in the holidays. I am looking at how to get to the punt in Lorimer street to go to spotswood at the moment. I have had a few wheel up's on the front experiences but have not tipped as I use my body to counter balance.. It's my favourite bike at the moment but it should have suspension, the box bounce for the passengers is boneshaking, I had my 100kg male friend in the front. I made a beanbag cushion which takes most of the impact for my passengers. I love my big blue box bike. the hardest thing I have found is finding cutaways to get up the different paths.. I have a long tail also for cargo but I love the box at the front for passengers cause I can engage in conversation, when the hood is on people do think I talk to myself its amusing until they see the boogy board, shopping, dogs, children and sand. Now I have fake grass in the box for traction to stop the drink bottles and bike lock sliding around. Happy riding..the box bike blog on here is very inactive, our school is having a rail trail day so I will post it so everyone who enjoys a view while the ride on their cargo bike can join the ride .
