Cycling in Melbourne Australia

Avon's new range of e-bikes- electrical assist pedal bikes- speed under assist max 25kph without pedalling . wonder if they will bring these to Oz.. they seem a bit lightly built and generally spec to a load weight of 70-75kgs, so the average Oz potential user might not fit on it for long, if at all.
India isnt known for its quality control as we would expect, but they are getting better. Avon's been around for yonks and has a huge range of bicycles-I have one and its a great beast to get to the Post office and toodle around on... We might see these here..The Classic Bicycle shop in St Kilda is an Avon distributor , nice guy runs the place and recently visited India and Avon ....never know.

Ding ding... Avon calling!

There has to be a joke in there somewhere :)
Dunno about that but I was eyeing up those Sach bikes they were using for moto pace at Revolution 3 last Thursday night. Types she who's never held a license or owned a car...

Well, that's ruled out about 50% of the bike users in India, where a bike is their idea of family transport...

Inflate HARD (that's what it says on my Atlas tires)

"...so the average Oz potential user..."

Y'know... I can't actually see Oz riding one of these ;)
That's an amazing bike not only it delivers good performance but also for its Eco friendly structure.
