I have just been informed that there is an Eastlink RIde coming up.
If you missed the one before the opening of Eastlink here is another chance. I hope the numbers are not the same though it was a bit crowded last time.

Update on race start times from Organiser
In the interests of safety, there will be no merging of cyclists from different start times. Team Challenge riders will start from 6.30am-7.00am; Individual Challenge riders from 7.00am-7.30am; and Recreational riders from 9.30am-10.15am. The event is strictly for cyclists; no runners or walkers will be allowed.
EastLink will be closed from 5am on Sunday 14 November. The motorway is expected to re-open south of the Monash Freeway from around 10.15am and north of the Monash Freeway at 1pm. The Ringwood Bypass will remain closed until around 3pm.

There are two courses on EastLink, 35.3km Recreational Ride and 74.3km professionally timed Challenge Ride, all starting and finishing on Ringwood Bypass. Each course includes a trip through both tunnels.
The whole motorway will be closed. Southbound cyclists will use the southbound carriageway, and northbound cyclists will use the northbound carriageway. Participant numbers will be limited.
