News from Cycle Sport Victoria: Jayco Herald Sun Tour Womens 3 day Tour

TL Sports, Cycling Australia (CA) and CycleSport Victoria, are pleased too announce an exciting new three-day Womens Tour to be held in conjunction with the Jayco Herald Sun Tour.

Part of the CA National Series, the Women's Tour will comprise three stages including a road race, individual time trial and a criterium in the Geelong and Melbourne region.

The teams event provides a unique opportunity for female cyclists in Australia with great event benefits creating a real sense of occasion.

Rolling road closures and the ability to share the excitement and crowds of the men's tour, plus an increased media exposure and prize money are just some of the many reasons to enter the event.

TL Sports are hoping that the Tour can become a permit fixture on the racing calendar and are looking for an expression of interest from sponsors.
