Ford Otway Cycling Classic - Promoting drivers and riders respecting one another

United Way are pleased to announce we will be running this fabulous event this year. We will explore 137kms of countrysdie, seaside and otways, as we wind our way from Moriac Reserve, to Bells Beach, along the Great oCean Road, over the Otway Ranges, through farming country and back to Moriac.

We've kept the original 1980 route and direction, with small modifications for rider safety and enjoyment. You'll have the opportunity to test yourself on Cadel Evans' favorite training hill, or simply take it easy and enjoy the scenic ride with friends and family. You'll even have the chance to meet Cadel Evans and also Mark Winterbottom from Ford Performance Racing Team. They will be spreading a very important safety message about riders respecting drivers and drivers respecting riders.

This event will raise much needed funds for the disadvantaged people in the Geelong Region.
